We offer a comprehensive program of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life-enhancing programs, many of which are offered at minimal or no cost to employees. We also offer 3-4 weeks of paid time off per year, depending on the job level, as well as a number of paid holidays.
As Somaxon continues to grow, we believe that employees should share together in our success. We provide a stock option program for eligible employees to help motivate and reward them for their hard work. We also provide educational assistance to help further support professional growth.
Located in San Diego, we offer a great quality of life, enhanced by an entrepreneurial working environment. We enhance the work environment by regularly holding celebration gatherings, a summer event, a holiday party, and other festivities throughout the year.
The 2011 summary of benefits are listed below (and is subject to change). Eligible employees are generally those employees hired as regular and working a minimum of 30 hours per week. Some benefits may be available regardless of employee status.
